This is now the fourth treadmill we have had in 12 years. Our first was the cheapest one we could find because that was all we could afford. It did not last long. This one is absolutely the best. It is better that ones at the gym. Those yellow bands on the support legs keep me going when thinking of those that may not win the battle they are fighting.

Big boy treadmill

This treadmill showed up in a HUGE box that was pallet jacked into my garage. When I opened the box I was excited to see this great piece in all its entirety. I began by taking all the parts I could move myself into my basement. Then, the belt frame and motor piece I wheeled into my house and with help was able to get it downstairs with ease. As I began to assemble and gather tools, I realized all the tools I needed to put it together were included. This treadmill went from box to assembled in about an hour with no hitches. I am pretty impressed with the packaging, assembly and appearence. I am most impressed with the performance. This is definately a gym quality treadmill. If your a big dude, and want a great treadmill to run on, GET THIS Treadmill!!!
The ipod docking station was an added bonus for sure and its loud!!

I enjoy morning running outside in my housing development during the warmer months of the year. In the winter time, I don't run outside at all. We decided to join a gym for the winter so that we had someplace to workout. We were paying $60/month in health club dues. All that we ever used were the treadmills and sometimes, they were full and we had to wait. We decided to put that money towards a home treadmill instead, but we didn't want a small weak one that most people have in their homes. We decided on this one after going to a couple of stores and trying them out. This is really sturdy and it's not too noisy. I run in the mornings while my husband is still sleeping. Our workout room is only three rooms away from our bedroom and he can sleep right through it because it is so quiet.

I am a PE teacher at a high school. Our wellness room has 6 treadmills that are high quality commercial/club grade. Training on both the school machines and now the Livestrong LS16.9T...I am pleased to say Livestrong has built a superior machine.

I am a big man 6'-4' - 275lbs and wanted a machine that could handle my size and weight. The 3.25hp motor and 60" belt were reasons I looked into this machine. Once I did my research I pulled the trigger and bought LS16.9T. This machine has performed great and was very simple to put together. I would recommend this treadmill to anyone.
